SCDigest has issued a major benchmark report on the state of supply chain relationships between retailers and vendors. Based on a survey of 50 major retailers and about 200 manufacturers, this survey covers a lot of ground, including perspectives on retail chargebacks, supply chain collaboration and more.  All told, the report grades the state of relationships as just a B- today - setting a starting point for measuring progress in coming years.
